News We are finalist of WCC Europe Eunique Award for Contemporary Crafts 2012!
On the exhibition EUNIQUE 2012, held May 4-6 in the German city of Karlsruhe, our group was among 12 finalists from more than 350 exhibitors. The criteria by which the Commission has the selection were the following: originality, conformity to the selected material design, the functionality. The presented collection of felt like a modern perspective on traditional material was developed by designer Emil Tilekov. The idea of the collection - shows the versatility of felt in various capacities, revealing its unique nature and emphasizes its natural fundamental principle.
News Opening of new Art salon TUMAR in Almaty
On April 28, new TUMAR salon has opened in the underground shopping center "Almaly" located in the heart of the city, on Republic Square. Almaty Mayor Yessimov attended the opening ceremony, stressing the uniqueness of the building which will operate more than 60 boutiques of famous brands, parking area with 10,000 square meters, a movie theater for 400 spectators, playgrounds and amusement rides, billiards and bowling center, a chain of restaurants and cafes, an ice skating rink, mini-karting, Internet cafes, night disco club, a fitness center. Multipurpose community center "Almaly" claims to be the most popular places for shopping, entertainment and leisure in the city of Almaty.

Our modern life is constantly surrounded by pottery. Clay – is a wonderful material with which a man acquainted in prehistoric times. Pottery belongs to the earliest human creatures, born of its essential needs. In prehistoric times, its production was determined by entirely good factors and originally it didn’t has creative ideas. Over time, quality of ceramics and its appearance had improved. A man seeking to beauty and harmony came up with different ways of appearance. First, relief and engraving, and then painting a different color clay (engobe), and polishing.

The concept of "Guide" - quite versatile, capacious. Ordinary life prevails information and enticing form, designed for anonymous users. News "TUMAR" on EUNIQUE 2012
Art- group “TUMAR” will take part in international exhibition of design and craft “EUNIQUE” 2012, which is held annually in Germany. Exhibitors of Eunique 2012 will present different sections of ceramics, jewelry, wood products, as well as wide demonstration of decorative arts and design. All exhibits which will be displayed on Eunique 2012 are single copy or what is produced in a limited quantity. Preposition for visitors will be brilliant ideas for a design and interior of a house furniture, lamps, textile, floor coverings and carpets.
