We are happy to provide sample for you to test our products before placing an order. We want our partners to be 100% sure that our comfort shoes are the right fit for your business.
Can I request for a sample?
Once your samples are ready, we issue invoice together with the shipment cost. If you place an order for one of the samples, we will compensate the amount you paid for the sample.
Are samples free of charge?
If you would like a sample in your own design, then sample making period may last 1-2 weeks depending on the chosen model and specifications.
Can I request a sample in my own design?
Samples usually arrive within 5-7 business days.
How long does it take for samples to arrive?
Please give our sales team an email or a call if you would like to request a sample. They will communicate with you directly about the availability of the product, the best colors to choose and answer to all your questions.
